Over 20 years of experience guiding teams, training, improving processes, and delivering projects

Hello!  I'm Leah, the founder of LREA Consulting.  I am a business and IT consultant with 20+ years of experience in operations, technical support, training, and management. I enjoy developing project plans, organizing teams, and analyzing data.  I have extensive experience in developing and implementing new business systems and web-based collaboration solutions.   


Building relationships is the fundamental core of my career and lifestyle.  I enjoy meeting people and engaging in amazing stories.  I use my 20+ years of corporate knowledge to mentor and coach others. 


As a business leader and project portfolio manager, I guide the direction, priority, and advancement of product and program development, and I oversee all aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, product design, testing, deployment, and training.  


I turn complex situations into profitable assets and have successfully designed system requirements to help organizations solve their problems and advance toward their strategic goals.
